One of the wonderful things about cycling classes is that it is a FULL body workout. While you climb the hills you are working on your glutes, and when you engage your core you are honing in on those abs.
However, as each class ranges in experience levels of participants, it can be daunting to newbies just how much you should push. Our coaches understand this completely and are ready to guide each trainee to their best workout, meeting you where you are at!
One way to do this is by testing out different gears. While Gear 1 is the lightest resistance, you can go up to Gear 24 where you have to push to keep those pedals moving. Knowing this you can move between and try to match as closely as possible to the trainer's directions.
